A free, human-reviewed Connecticut well-record snapshot pilot, not a parcel feasibility or water-supply prediction. No public launch has been approved. Paid services are parked.
Intake (after migration and explicit opening): POST /rest/v1/rpc/submit_well_request on the configured Supabase project; p_request_id UUID, p_email, p_address (street number, street, town, CT). No direct orders-table access. Reuse request ID on uncertain retry. A receipt means accepted for review, not fulfilled or delivered.
Setback distances require local health district review. Cost scenarios are unvalidated, drilling-only and exclude pump, tank, electrical, trenching and permits. Missing yields are unknown. Zero yields are warnings. Recent records are not a census. Laboratory testing is required to establish water quality.
